Steve Dolatowski
Co-founder & Lead Engineer
Steve is a software engineer and architect with a decade of shipping production systems: cloud-native SaaS platforms, APIs and integrations, data pipelines, mobile apps, and the modernization of legacy systems businesses can’t afford to break. He builds AI-native, with agentic workflows held to strict quality gates, shipping at a pace that used to take a whole team.
His deepest domain expertise is transportation and logistics, where his planning, dispatch, and integration software runs daily operations. He knows that world from the inside, too: before writing software for fleets, he managed one, handling routing, load planning, and safety compliance for some 35 van operators, a fleet that won industry safety awards in 2014 and 2015.
He works directly with the people who use what he builds, from executives to frontline staff. That understanding of how the work actually gets done is in everything Dolas builds.
